First off, we would like you to know that we work with dozens of Internet clients every week, via email, and the entire process goes VERY smoothly. We're here to help you through the entire process, and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed! 1. View our Services & Rates page to see if our affordable rates are within your budget. Contact us via email if you have any questions. 2. Read our Submission Guidelines to see if your song(s) are ready for mastering. 3. Create an account (An upload box will appear once your account is created) 4. Upload your song(s) or track(s). You may also upload a reference track of a similar style artist whose sound you are trying to achieve. Upload files - 44.1khz or 48khz & 16 or 24 bit .WAV file ; or .AIF file. 5. Make your payment. We require 50% down to start the project, and the balance after it's approved by you. If you are not happy with our work, you will be refunded your initial 50% down payment. 6. Contact us via email with your USERNAME and any project details you would like us to know. 7. If there are any obvious problems with your song mixes or files, we'll let you know about it. 8. If you have more than two songs to be mastered, we will first upload a partial preview of one song to make sure we have your exact preferences down. You will be notified, by email, when the preview is available. 9. You'll receive 1:45 partial previews of your song(s) usually within 2-5 business days. 10. Make a CD of your songs and listen to them on familiar music players (boombox, car stereo, ipod, etc.) Take notes of any preference adjustments (like a little more or less bass, sharpness, clarity, loudness, etc). Note: Usually, very few adjustments are needed. 11. Email us any adjustments you would like, or upload a corrected file if you're changing your mix. (You'll receive a revised partial preview within 1-2 business days.) 12. This is the song approval point. If you're still not happy with our work, at this point of the mastering process you can request a full 100% refund of the money you've paid, no questions asked. Note: "Mixing" jobs are subject to a 25% non-refundable labor fee, regardless if you approve the work. 13. If you like our work but still want another set of adjustments, there is no extra charge. You can also upload a new remix if you would like. Note: Remember, your first two sets of adjustments are free. After that it's $5 per adjustment set per song. 95% of our clients never pay anything extra. 14. Once you're happy with the song(s), make your final payment (if applicable). Refunds are not allowed once your final payment is made and you have received the full versions of your song(s). 15. Your fully mastered .WAV files will be uploaded to your account, usually that same day. You will be notified, by email, when they are available. 16. We'll keep all of your work on file for ONE YEAR, just in case you need to make any changes to the project in the future. We'll make your songs the very best they can be!
