Before getting into the specific details below, we would like you to know that we work with several Internet clients every week and the entire process goes VERY smoothly. We're here to help you through the entire process and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed!
Note: Before getting your songs mastered anywhere, click here to read our mixing tips to greatly improve your results. 1. View our Services & Rates page. 2. Contact us with your project details. 3. After discussing your project we'll email you a final bill. We require 50% to start the project and 50% after it's completed, and you approve it. If you are not happy with our work, you will be refunded your initial 50%. 4. Make your payment 5. Create an account (You must create an account to be able to quickly and easily upload files) 6. Upload your song(s) or vocal track(s) Note: Be sure to email us and tell us your files have been uploaded. Upload files - 44.1khz or 48khz & 16 or 24 bit .WAV file (with no bpm timecode); or .AIF file. If you are getting mastering done, do not put a spectral enhancer, compressor or limiter on the "master out." 7. If there are any obvious problems with your song mix or with the file, we'll let you know about it. 8. If you have more than four songs to be mastered, we will first send you a demo of one song to make sure we have your exact preferences down. 9. You'll receive 1:45 demos of all of your track(s) within 2-5 business days. 10. Make a CD of your songs and listen to them on familiar music players (boombox, car stereo, ipod, etc.) Take notes of any preference adjustments (like a little more or less bass, a little more or less sharpness, clarity, loudness, etc) you would like on any of the songs. Note: More times than not, very few or no adjustments are needed. 11. Email us any adjustments you would like, or upload a corrected file if you're changing your mix. 12. You'll receive another demo of your final mastered track(s) within 1 business day. 13. This is the song approval point. If you're still not happy with your song(s), at this point of the process you can request a full 100% refund of the money you paid, no questions asked. Refunds are not allowed "after" this point. 14. If you like the song(s) but still want another set of adjustments, this is no extra charge. You can also upload a new remix of your song(s) if you like. Note: Remember, your first two sets of adjustments are free. After that it's $3 per adjustment set per song. Also, we're pretty lenient here. 95% of our clients never pay anything extra. 15. Once you're happy with the song(s), make your final payment (if applicable). 16. Your complete mastered .WAV files are now uploaded to your account. 17. Upon request, we'll keep all of your work on files just in-case you need to make any changes to the project in the future. We'll make your songs the best they can be!
