We spent over $3,000 to get our first three songs mixed and mastered by an "industry expert." Obviously, we weren't "big enough" for him. He took our money and the results were terrible. After this mess, we didn't have much money left. We turned to Big Label Sound Studio and for a few hundred dollars they remixed and mastered our songs. The results were exceptional! GREAT!! They ended up doing our entire CD for us. After working with Big Label Sound Studio, I wouldn't want the services of the "industry expert" even if it was for FREE! The songs they mixed and mastered were so bad we could never use them for anything.
